ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE OPERATION

****SportEasy, whose head office is located at 6 rue Claude Farrère, 75016 Paris, France, and registered with the RCS of Paris under number 528 841 174 (the “Organizer”), is organizing a free sponsoring operation with no obligation to buy from 15 June 2023 to 30 June 2024 [Dates à confirmer] (the “Operation”).
****The Operation is accessible via the following Internet page: https://sporteasyxadidas.webflow.io/home-nl (the “Internet Page”).

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE OPERATION

****The Operation is reserved to amateur football clubs located in the Netherlands, registered on SportEasy and who have correctly and fully completed and validated the registration form available on the Internet Page via club members representing their team (equipment manager, coach, board member, manager, president, etc.) (the “Participants”).
****Several members from the same club can register the said club as a Participant in the Operation. However, in such an event, only one Prize is awarded to the Winning Participant.
****The Organizer reserves the right to (i) carry out any necessary checks on the information provided by each Participant as part of the Operation and (ii) to determine whether the club member who has completed and validated the registration form meets the criteria to properly represent his club. In this respect, each Participant authorizes the Organizer to check any information it has provided as part of the Operation.
****Participation in the Operation implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present terms & conditions. Failure by any Participant to comply with the present terms & conditions will result in its automatic exclusion from the Operation and cancellation of any Prize awarded to it.

****Participation in this Operation is optional and free of charge. To register in this Operation, any member of an eligible football club wishing to register its club to the Operation must go to the Internet Page, click on the "PARTICIPATE" button, and complete and validate the registration form.
****By clicking on the "VALIDATE" button after completing the registration form, the Participant definitively confirms its participation to the Operation.
****The Operation is accessible 24 hours a day on the Internet Page.

adidas will select at its own discretion (with the cooperation of the Organizer) one Participant from among all the Participants registered since the launch of the Operation to win one Prize (the “Winning Participant”).
****The club member(s) who has (have) registered the Winning Participant in the Operation or the Winning Participant’s manager on SportEasy will be contacted by email or telephone (when the telephone number is provided) to be informed of the result of the Operation.

****As part of the Operation, each Winning Participant will be awarded one complete adidas kit (shorts, shirts, socks) in the Winning Participant’s colors for each player of one of the team of the Winning Participant up to a maximum of 20 (twenty) kits per Winning Participant (the “Prize”).
****The shipment of the Prize will be done within 2 months of the information of the result of the Operation provided that the delivery details are correctly and fully indicated by the Winning Participant or its representatives.
****The Prize is not interchangeable for another object, nor for any monetary value whatsoever, and may not give rise to partial or total reimbursement. Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of the Prize is strictly prohibited.
